「Rooms are well decorated and clean 」

「Fabulous hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. It was very quiet so we all slept well. It is,in easy walking distance for Albert Dock and numerous restaurants and cafes. The Palm Court bar area is stunningand the cocktails are superb. The hotel obviously focuses on Customer Service as every member of staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!」

「 Lovely hotel in a beautiful old building which has been converted into the hotel but kept all the amazing features of the old architecture. Our room was lovely and clean. Bed and pillows very comfy. Breakfast buffet was good with choices of hot English breakfast or cold continental and a choice of pastries too. Short walk to either the river or into the lively area of Matthew St where there are lots of bars with live music. A great hotel. Would stay again if we visit Liverpool again. 」
