"The room was clean the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was reasonably priced and near all the attractions and restaurants with shopping close by. I would recommend this hotel to my friends "

"Excellent location on the dock with only 6 or 7 minute walk to Liverpool One.
Simple check In and check out process and the apartment is lovely. Really comfortable beds and a fan in hand in this warm weather was very welcome.
Cleanliness only got 4 out of 5 as the beds and sofas had crumbs and but under them so they hadn’t been hoovered under. "

"One of the two double beds was awful, old springs and very uncomfortable.
Woken up at 3 and 4 in the morning by adjoining rooms - drunken guests shouting and banging doors.
The bathroom was very old, extractor and cabinet light not working.
All looked very tired - definitely wouldn’t stay there again."

"This is not a Hotel, this is basically an AirB&B with escalated prices for a room with shared bathroom and shared also with owner. The owner was nice enough but we paid £97 for night (not worth it) compared to £65 at Ibis hotel in Liverpool (Albert Docks) - air conditioning, own bathroom and much more comfort. This ‘Hotels.com’ need to vet what people are offering. I am actually quite offended by what I was offered and will now use other sites to book ACTUAL hotels! "

"Spotless room with great attention to detail. Paid £42 for a one night midweek stay and found this extraordinarily good value. Staff super helpful and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend. "
