「There were three of us that stayed for a full 7 days at the Picturesque Monarch 2bdr Condos on the 13th floor. There were two bedrooms, one of which you could barely move around in. Honestly a twin bed would probably be best in that room. The second one was great though. It had room to move on both sides of the bed, closet, and you could access the balcony great. I wasn't aware that there was no room service and this was very disappointing considering I could've stayed at almost any nearby hotel with service for a better price. We ran out of toilet paper after a couple days and asked the cleaning staff for more. They said no and were kind of rude about it. I asked the front desk and they told me "text your agent Nicole". I was so confused. I was never introduced to Nicole or told I had an agent....I texted the number and...

「When we arrived we could not believe the terrible condition. Note this unit as AC unit in the living room, not bedroom. AC barely worked and with missing blinds it was hot! The management company did respond to our requests and very nice. They sent cleaners, fans, replacement chairs and maintenance to repair the blinds. Several vertical blinds were missing and they replaced. The blinds still did not operate and when tried to open it would caused the blinds to fall out. Upon leaving we took...

「Was a quiet and beautiful place. Set aside from the hustle of the rest of oahu. Huge condo very clean and modern with all the amenities of home. The whole place..the grounds , the pools, the ponds and beaches, the bar at the beach with live music.. . Absolutely a great place to spend a week. Also Nice restaurants and stores within walking distance. 」

「More so comfortably slept 3 ppl than 4, dishes a bit stained from excessive use by previous stayers. Overall cleanliness of rest of room was perfect and the view was fantastic.」

「I chose this property because I was traveling with my 91 year old mother. We had a lovely large room, two beds, a full kitchen with utensils, a large bathroom, and a large private balcony. Our rom faced the sunset, with harbor and ocean views. We were able to park our rental car at a highrise parking lot in the next door building. Staff were very helpful. we'll definitely return!」

「Had beach chairs, paid laundry available, easy check in. They fixed the shower within the hour when the drain clogged (although it clogged again after repair). Could not reach the main number but the emergency number was readily available. Pretty room. Adequate bedding. Great overall stay!! Would recommend. My friends stayed in the Hilton for double or triple the price and I preferred my room ten times over. 」
