"Very wonderful place; youre welcomed to a very beautiful scene the moment you walk into the doors and the bar at the very top was an amazing sight to see at night especially. Very clean and well kept. The staff were super sweet, service was 10 out of 10. Sadly didnt get the chance to check out the spa but the food and drinks here are incredible. I hope to come here again in the very near future again and for much longer, very sad to only experience this place for one nighy but so thankful I did."

"Our room was really dirty. I don't think the carpets had been vacuumed between guests. Never even saw any housekeepers until our last night and at that point we did t bother them. Truly believe it was a staffing issue."

"Proximity to event was great. Walking distance to many things. was excellent and the lobby was inviting. Big heated, clean pool. No hut tub to speak of. Cons - room was not very clean. The bedding and towels, and shower curtain were all stained with colorful sticky stuff like candy??? The lobby smelled of sewage for the last half of our stay. "

"The neighbors in the next room over were extremely loud and kept my children and I up all night long. We checked out by 6am from lack of sleep. There was also a dog in a room on the third floor the barked continuously all night at every noise. I have stayed here since 2022 numerous times a year and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had!!!!! "
