「Excellent spot! Convenient for a quick overnight on my way to Chicago!」

「We stayed Oct 16, 2026 and the lady behind the check area was the best employee I have ever encountered. I regret not getting her name. We had a special situation and she helped us out tremendously and wanted to give her a shoutout. Please go back and review who worked that afternoon at 3:30 pm and let me know her name.」

「Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even helped us with an early check in.」

「The pool is really comfortable, it's a pool where you can swim even in the snow season, there are nice and kind people who are there to help you if you want help. The restaurant closes too early.」

「Hot tub was a little nasty and needed cleaning.」

「It’s a relaxing, comfortable place to stay.」

「The room too tiny.」

「Overall, we had a great stay! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and both the property and our room appeared clean and well-maintained. It did get a little noisy later in the evening, but considering it was a Friday night, that wasn't too surprising. We traveled with our family and dog and had a positive experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!」

「Location, location, location! Waking up to the sweeping views of Lake Geneva is simply spectacular. The interiors have a warm, rustic charm, with natural wood furnishings and an understated, outdoorsy feel that perfectly suits the lake-country setting. Comfortable, inviting, and just steps from downtown—Harbor Shores really captures the relaxed spirit of Lake Geneva.」
