「The smell of smoke, even in nonsmoking rooms is tough. The 4th floor hallway smelled like weed. We were given a “nonsmoking” room on the 4th floor that had cigarette burns in the sheets, so we were moved to the 2nd floor. Room was slightly better, but the tv didn’t work, nor the phone. The a/c worked great!! Given the price for one night, I understand the risks, just think Wyndham needs to monitor their properties better.」

「Stayed one night in a double king for a triathlon in the area. Room was spacious, wing-backed chairs comfortable, and I greatly appreciated the coffee-maker so that I could have a cuppa at 5am. Would definitely stay again!」

「Very convenient to interstate. A/C didn’t function properly. Fee for parking in their lot…never experienced that in 69 years of travel.」

「We stayed in Room 3, if the other rooms were as great as ours then it would be hard to beat this location. The view of the river and sunset were awesome. The restaurant service would be hard to beat anywhere and the food was excellent. All in all we loved our stay at Surry Seafood Inn.」

「I stayed here for three nights. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was helpful and the hotel was very clean. I enjoyed the pool, we had it all ourselves because it wasn’t that hot so we were the only ones there. Breakfast was decent although the beverage machine didn’t work one day and we weren’t offered any alternatives. I would stay again.」
