「The hotel was clean and staff friendly.」

「It seems as though the property was going through a renovation so there was a little mess. However, the staff was very accommodating. My room did have a funny smell, and I bought air freshener at the grocery next door to help with that. But room was clean, bed was comfortable and it was nice to have groceries n restaurants right within reach.」

「唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這」

「The property, parking & rooms are beautiful. However…my daughter and I both had the worst sleep of our life here. It was so extremely uncomfortable (bed & pillows) we were up for 2 nights. Also, we got scammed upon checkin. Our reservation was cancelled and we were never called about the card we used on file. The staff member said “oh we cancelled alot of reservations this morning. But don’t worry we’ll just rebook it for you. Someone should’ve called you”. No one called, the price was double...

「Our room did not have a hair dryer but the staff was very responsive to get us one. I was surprised we were in a Disability access room. It took forever for the water to warm up in the shower. Loved having the full size refrig and freezer!」
