"Squeaky floors outside the room so could hear everyone walking past, was near the lift so most on the same floor. Breakfast was good, went early the first day but there was plenty so went later as less people, could still get everything you wanted. Basic room, a mini fridge would have been good so could keep fresh milk"

"So glad we arranged the airport shuttle to pick us up when we arrived in London. The driver texted me to let us know he was at the airport. He was holding a sign with our names so we quickly identified him. The drive to the hotel was stress free. "

"The digital key was annoying, and digital check in/check out didn't work. The hotel itself was excellent for the price Clean and modern room, good location, very quiet. Room was cramped but this was expected and really all I needed. I even got upgraded; my room had a window when I booked a windowless room."

"The hotel is quite old and need of renovation! In my room, the bathroom smelled strongly of spoilage because the bathtub drain and sink were clogged, and after bathing, there was dirt residue in the tub due to the clogged drain, which left a strong smell. The sauna is in the men's locker room and is poorly maintained with mess in the locker room and dirty toilets. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very varied."
