"I’m sure this hotel would have been lovely BUT, after we checked into our room (in the room with our bags), then the front desk contacted us to let us know that we would be without hot water the following morning/day, starting at 7am-7pm. My rating is solely for my interaction with staff and how they could have handled the situation. Expedia was wonderful to us and refunded the whole amount of the cost. "

"Front desk staff rude and can’t be bothered with questions you have. Room that was booked wasn’t available. Had to wait for another to be cleaned. I had drove 7 hours to be told you can’t checkin. . Didn’t get a room til 4:30 which put me behind getting to the hospital to see my brother. "
