"Staffs are awful. They try to charge any small thing. You have to make sure any charges. They are not inform you about charges , such as early check-in (30 min early). You’d better check-out at the register and look carefully all the itemized charges. Paying parking was not easy. Room does not provide any water cup, you have to ask for it. Room was spacious for two people (2 queen bed). "

"Checkin was very time consuming. Stayed at the blanca tower the sink was behind the sliding door which was akward to get to and the door is easy to hit the feet. They were out of 2 queen rooms so had to settle for 2 doubke beds so it was cramped."
