「Awesome place 」

「We did not use or see the laundry facilities. There were many areas under some type of repair, including loose floor tiles and carpeting. The pool/hot-tub area was pretty beat down and not functioning properly, the changing/restroom was out of order also so there was no privacy in changing or removing clothing, so you either had to scurry through the entire hotel in swimwear or hope you didn’t offend anyone by stripping off in the corner. 「Hampton Inn is conveniently located near shopping, dining and a supermarket. It is right off the highway (I 295) and easy to find. The staff is friendly and informative. Everything from the lobby to the pool to the gym and our room was clean and in good condition. The heating system was easy to adjust, quiet and efficient. I recommend this property for its value as well.」

「Overall it was a good hotel for the price I paid. The pool was great for kids and the breakfast had a lot of options. Only thing I’d suggest is maybe having some more allergy friendly options. One problem I had was that the bathroom and closet shared a door, which is fine but the real issue was that the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way. There was a like 2-3 inch gap. Also the hair products were empty and there was an odd residue around the shower. 」

「In a pinch, this would be ok - but I wouldn't recommend the place. The room we had was overly scented with some sort of room freshener. Fortunately we had an air filter/purifier with us and that reduced the smell. The doorknob for the bathroom door looked like it could fall off at any time. While there was no carpet (a good thing in my opinion), when I walked around without shoes on, my socks ended up looking disgusting. T」
