We were a little disappointed in this property. The bedcover was stained. The tub was stained -- with what looked like shoeprints (how does that even happen?). The deadbolt on the door didn't work. We were in a connecting room and the deadbolt on that door didn't work either. They had added a 99-cent slidelock. The floor was gritty (disappointing since it's a laminate that's easy to dry-mop and wet-mop). Pillows were smaller than a standard pillow. The walls were so thin that we could hear the person next door snoring. But the breakfast was good: waffles, french toast, sausage, plus toast/bagels, muffins, cold cereal and oatmeal. Coffee/tea/hot cocoa, and juice. The staff kind of ignored us and chatted with each other as they checked us in.

We didn't end up eating the breakfast. The waffle iron looked rusty. The fridge was empty. Basically all they had was cold cereal, floppy french toast and sausage.

I’m in my early 20s and I usually never write reviews, but this place is so bad. The room smells like weed and it was the opposite of quality. The couple in front of me request requested a new room because they found toilet paper in their bed. I tried to get a refund and they said that I’d have to go through the app I booked through. I booked a whole other hotel cause I couldn’t say there.

The room smelled like bug spray and the blanket was stained. They did not have the room I booked available and did not give me a refund when I brought this to their attention and told them I was uncomfortable and would not stay there. They insisted I try a different room. That would have worked If I didn't feel uncomfortable to begin with. Expedia tried to contact them and they never answered.

Biscuits were fresh tasting and delicious. The coffee was available. I parked directly below my room in a well lighted and safe feeling spot. The towel rack both inside and outside the shower stall were not attached to solid surroundings. If I'd slipped coming out of the shower, grabbed the towel rack, getting no support and then falling onto the hard sink.....why I can only imagine.

It was okay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable which is important. The coffee pot wasn't washed and the stoppers in both the sink and tub were broken and laying next to them. Both worked fine you just weren't able to take a bath or fill the sink. For an overnight or 2 it's okay.

They cancelled my booking when I tried to check in because I was traveling with a cat. It was one night. Instead me and my pet slept in the car that night and I got zero money back because the booking was non refundable. These people didn’t even try. I will never trust a “Quality” inn and suites again. They took my money and I had nowhere to stay. Completely unacceptable.

The shower was not working at all the sink also and the bed was uncomfortable the heater was not working I checked it in on 6:48PM but because the terrible hotel conditions I checked out on 10:20PM totally the hotel is not worth it even a penny

My room wasn't swept nore cleaned properly. No one came to clean it the next day I had to ask for towel trash bags n a broom to sweep the room. I was not impressed at all

This hotel is one that I found unbelievable. I'm still in the state of disbelief about this location. When I got there, they charged my card three times. One of my cards that they build over a hundred dollars, and this was for just booking the room. Then they charged my other card for this stay and they proceeded to give me the key. I was thinking that they were going to give me a room in that building.I had no idea that outside that bldg there were more rooms. As stated they gave me the keys, I walked outside with my luggage on the cart. I was in total disbelief seeing were they assigned me. It was almost like watching a very bad movie where the building outside was like a shady motel. There were people hanging out behind the building.And they appear to be doing things in my opinion that were illegal. I don't even know if they stayed at that hotel or not. I felt very, very unsafe there.It is not a hotel I would ever ever recommend someone going to stay. So as I proceeded on to go to the room after being in shock of what I was seeing and the people that were staying there.I went ahead and went to the room when I opened the door to the to the room there was an awful, awful smell. I started having difficulty breathing, and then my sinuses were burning. I thought to myself, no I can'tbe happening. This is so very unacceptable, I proceeded with my luggage back to the building that appeared to be the main part of the hotel. I was told that I won't not be charged but they lied.

The cable didn’t have many channels there was much to sit back and relax and watch tv I think they need a lot more channels every hotel I been at had so many channels to choose from that’s the only complaint I got everything else was very nice good staff and clean room I was in room 110 and you have to slam the door to make it actually shut and latched

Chemical smell that was nearly nauseating. Stained bed spread. Exhaust fan in the bathroom that squeaked very loudly. Furniture that looked water logged. Bits of trash in places. Rude front desk person. In the top three of worst rooms I have ever stayed in.

Staff was kind. Hard to understand ther language. Room was ok. Not like the picture advertised, but clean. After booking online when arriving was charged a 50 fee for damage's if any happened. Said to be reimbursed upon checkout.
