「I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam 」

「When we first arrived, there was a large pile of household waste dumped outside the front door and a very strong smell of damp throughout the property. We reported this to the managing agent who came round that evening with some 'industrial-strength' air freshener - this improved things but only slightly and the smell returned. First impressions were of a property that has recently been upgraded and decorated however on closer inspection, the finish is very poor and appeared more 'style over...
