「Very nice! We enjoyed our stay very much!」

「The sheets were clean, the towels were clean, the hard surfaces of the room were clean, the carpet was fairly new and clean. They turned on the heat for us before we arrived, so the room was warm. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows inside the cases were dingy. There were two small bars of soap, one small bottle of shampoo, and only a partial roll of toilet paper. (It’s a good thing we always have some packed.) The room had a lot of traffic noise all night long. We didn’t realize...

「This place was amazing to stay at! The staff was friendly and helpful. The building was beautifully decorated inside and out, and it is in a safe location. Breakfast was very good. Only downside is that coffee was not available throughout the day (only served at breakfast). Overall, would definitely stay here again!」

「清潔安靜交通方便安全保障」

「Staff was very nice. Common areas are very nice. Room are very nice but could use a deep clean and some maintenance. If they did that I would give it more stars.」

「很好的酒店，无论房间设备还是工作人员素质以及房间清洁程度，值得入住」

「Logan, the Innkeeper, was fantastic and so helpful. The property is beautiful! Spacious rooms, fabulous location. The restaurant/bar was closed onsite in October - so FYI on that. Overall, a wonderful stay!」

「La piscine et le jacuzzi étaient tellement agréables après toute une journée de visite, c'était le paradis. le petit déjeuner était très bien, ainsi que les chambres et le personnel à la réception, tout était parfait.」

「We were greeted by one of the staff with the aroma of fresh baked cookies, lovely! She showed us around the inn then to our room — “The Berkshire Room” which is in the main inn on the 2nd floor. The room was charming and comfortable with period details, a comfortable bed, small sitting area, tall ceiling, a small wall mounted TV, and a fireplace (nonfunctional) with mantle. The bathroom is nice, but the shower stall is tight. The inn is conveniently located just down the hill from Lenox...

「We were two families satying for two nights Pros - kitchen in the suite, location, accessible to stores and restaurants, close to many scenic locations Cons - the building is very old, the furniture makes squeaky noise, toilet seat was broken, the room was smelling of eggs when we checked in. The carpet was not steam cleaned in a very long time.」

「Awesome ropes!」

「A bit old in the legs, but with a nice sense of New England country charm, and very kind and helpful staff!」
