「I first visited here 9 years ago for one night only and told myself I’d have to come back, which I did this year for an entire week. The hotel itself was lovely (great breakfast options, clean, affordable, attentive staff) and Northampton has now become one of my favorite cities. So much to do and see!」

「The room was clean and very spacious, the staff was quite courteous and efficient, and it was quite convenient to our events. We also loved that we could get breakfast in the morning to fuel our day.」

「Very historical hotel, a bit spooky on hallway and many strange/noisy sounds in the room. The floor was bumpy. I forgot a power charger in the hotel, but the hotel refused to help me got it back in the same day and just said it’s not found. No matter how I will never come back again. 」

「My room was so big! Very clean, huge bathroom, claw foot tub. Highly recommend this place. It had a great vibe. Was not industrial like a hotel, had a very clean and comforting feeling, like you were visiting a relative. I stayed here for my brother’s wedding at MoCA. Great experience all around. 「Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed...
