I will begin by saying that we were staying one night before skiing the next day. This place looked perfect online, but the reality was very different. Initial check-in was ok. Parking was full out front so had to park in a back lot that was poorly lit & was not fully cleared of snow. Made it to our room and it had a weird smell, did not initially feel clean. Hair in the bathroom, carpet was gross, & bed topper did not appear clean. I went to use the bathroom after arriving & the heavy wooden toilet seat fell completely off the toilet. Then as we could hear kids running up & down the hall outside our room, we received a call from the front desk for a noise complaint? Literally in the room for less than 5 minutes. Lastly we headed for the hot to hopefully sneak in for a quick soak. There were no pool towels to be found other than a heap of dirty ones that looked accumulated over the entire weekend. We were able to grab two small gym towels per person for the 3 of us. The pool & hot tub were over run with kids running back & forth with little supervision/direction while other adults sat in the hot tub watching tv on their phones for close to an hour. We waited our turn & were able to get some seats for about 15 mins before the facilities closed. All in all, I would quantify this place as an old, poorly run, over priced, & over advertised for what they delivered. Definitely would not recommend & will not be back.

Room smelled everything seemed to be broken or down, Cart for our luggage broke, coffee machine broke, no tooth paste hot tub was down was way better in previous stays

Some things I was going to let go by the wayside but the way the manager talked to me, I let it all out, 2 blown light bulbs in the room, went to turn a different light on in the bedroom and the top of the light, not just the shade, fell off, we came to the pool yesterday and a large group of guests from some other country were in the pool area, signs posted no food or glass, well they had a spread and all kinds of hard liquor in glass bottles, I have no problem with the food or liquor, it was all the glass, if one of these kids got a cut I was going to lose it, they also had a Bluetooth speaker outside blaring at the hot tub, speedos, a couple older than my husband and I, I’m 51, I just about banging in the pool the speedo definitely didn’t help his cause, went to the front desk about the glass, management came and the people took the bottles and hid them under the cover of the hot tub, management didn’t watch them remove the glass, nor did the come back into the pool area as like a follow up to see if everything was settled down, then back in our room, the one next to us had thumping music going until at least 3am, the family above us must have been letting their kid jump off furniture all night and started right back up at 545 am and the kid was screaming Mom, Mom wake up mom then dad yelling at the kid. I did speak to Robin in the morning, she comped an additional night. Not a great experience, will give 2nd chance though.

We chose this location for our family Christmas getaway because the amenities looked appealing and the price was affordable—and we were more than pleased with our three-night stay. The property is incredibly family-friendly. The pool and arcade had great hours, and while the arcade was small, it offered a fun selection of games. The pool and outdoor hot tub were kept at perfect temperatures, and even when busy, there was plenty of space for everyone. Relaxing in the hot tub during a snowstorm was one of the highlights of our trip. Each night, the common room hosted a movie night, which was wonderful to see families come together and enjoy time as a group. The front desk also offered DVD and game rentals, and it was refreshing to see families playing classic board games and laughing together—a pastime that seems rare these days. The lobby and common areas were spacious and cozy, especially with the warm fireplaces, where our family spent a few hours each evenings playing games. Our suite was roomy, comfortable, and felt like home. The well-stocked kitchen was a bonus. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and having a Stop & Shop directly across the street was incredibly convenient. We are more than pleased with this establishment and would both recommend and return for another family getaway!

The roomy and comfortable suite was a step above a typical hotel room. We took advantage of the full kitchen to prepare our own meals. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We will definitely consider staying here again at a future trip to the Berkshires.

I am a cross country traveling nurse. The Berkshire Mountain Lodge was perfect for my needs. A fully functioning well appointed kitchen. Spacious living quarters with excellent views. The best water pressure on a shower that I have ever known. Fantastic after a long day of work or out hiking the many nature trails here. And the bed was so perfectly firm and cozy that I drifted effortlessly to sleep. The grounds, the amenities and the coordinated activities to bring you together in community made me feel included. Definitely a place I will continue to return to for many years.

We needed a space for family to stay for Thanksgiving. One guest in a wheelchair and another needing accomodations like bars in shower etc. I was able to reserve a wheelchair roll in shower room and ADA room in addition to a non ADA room. Everyone was able to be together and cook our dinner in the very well appointed kitchens! Staff were helpful. Pool was great. Thank you for everything!

The room could have been cleaner and we stay at the resort quite a bit because our job takes us there sometimes and he asked for the same room if we can get it which off season you can. However we could tell no one had really been in it to clean between our stays - was a bottle cap belonging to us someone else on the floor , the refrigerator haven't been cleaned since the last time we stayed there but luckily what was in the refrigerator was something that we had put there a week ago. Anyway I told housekeeping and they were super nice about it. Basically it's very clean. Because these are set up to be timeshare condos that are floor planned like one bedroom apartments you have some housekeeping items at your disposal such as a vacuum cleaner in the closet. Also there is a laundry basket because each floor has a free laundry room. You have to bring your own detergent but it's not coin up you just walk right in. I think that's a real bonus. Anyway we do love it and it's a great location right in the middle between Pittsfield and Lenox with lots of shopping and yet tucked away on a hill so it's very private.
