The front desk lady was super nice and helpful. Checkin was quick and effortless :) My only complaints are we had a room near where they were doing construction, so that was kinda noisy. Also, when I reserved a room online I made sure I got one with the fridge and microwave. I didn't notcie4 until after we settled in and wanted to heat up leftovers that we didn't have a microwave :( :( At that point I was too tired from traveling to call down to the front desk.

Ez drive to Lenox & Tanglewood....plenty of parking. Grabbed a room last minute & front desk was great about being sure it was ready. Husband happy to have a cookie at check-in! Always love having a coffee maker in room & nice little buffet breakfast included.

Great and affordable stay!

I was so impressed with this hotel. From checking in to the cleanliness and comfort of the room to the included breakfast - 10/10 highly recommend. We stayed here and visited Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health which is 10 min away. Can’t wait to come back!
