「Our room is on the ground floor and very small. The refrigerator is not quite accessible because it is kept in the tiny closet in the corner. We stayed there for 1 night and did not enjoy the hotel that much.」

「Great hotel/resort! The property and rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and very helpful. There were a good amount of food options and laundry rooms in the connecting Marriott building. Also, the hotel is within a short drive from the airport.」

「Probably the nicest view I have ever experienced at a resort. The entire property is stunning. The food was excellent , especially so at Welina Terrace. They could use a little work on the service, no major complaints, but a few hiccups. The staff is very friendly and makes every effort for there guest's. The rooms are nice, but are quite small. For me, the beds were too soft. The views are so stunning at this property , that any minor deficiencies are immediately forgotten.」

Upon arrival, we did not receive the advertised shell lei greeting and had to request it after seeing other guests receive one. However, charged for the resort fee that covers breakfast, morning yoga, and parking, their breakfast is a joke, package pastries and cereal, all the unhealthy premade package food. But that is the only complaint, everything else is good.」
