We loved the location of the condo. It was easy to walk to various beaches like Shipwrecks and Poipu spot with all the turtles. I found a great little bakery, coffee shop across from the turtle beach called Outer Bakes. The kitchen was easy to prepare meals in to save some money and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Clean spacious rooms with full kitchen and bathrooms. Very good location not far from Shipwreck beach and Poipu beach. Convenient parking. Cool winds and good views.
The perfect setting to watch each sunset, central to most every attraction on Kauai from Waimea Canyon to Princeville and all parts in between.
We will return here again
First great location!!!
The grounds of the property extends to face the water and at sunset, you can walk out and witness the magnificence. You can walk to Poipu beach from there and then your relaxation begins.
It is also within walking/ short drive distance to Poipu restaurants, mall and all that Poipu has to offer!
The decor and facility may be a bit dated but it is very well maintained and cleaned. The folks who work there are friendly and courteous.
Overall recommend!
beautiful spacious house; clean and in excellent condition; it felt like home. However, it was my first time using this service and I think I didn’t understand how it works. I didn’t reach out to anyone and didn’t connect via text as they welcomed me via text. I missed the human interaction with the caretakers; it felt like there were none.
Very homey feel. Clean. Staff was very nice. Only thing is the check in if you come in late. Was confusing with the whole lockbox thing. It was easy to understand once we were got settled in. But if you are coming from far and new to the area their system was confusing. I would definitely stay here again despite the late check in process.
Overall property was very clean and nice. Check in is at 4pm they leave at 430pm so you have to be on time for that. There a few things that could have fixed or updated. The particular one I stayed in was nice fitting to the island theme and clean. The master bathroom tub is super hard to turn on and the tub stopper did not work. Why do I care I ran a marathon and planned to soak afterwards. The blinds in the living room were damaged and instead of replacing they pulled them all the way to the top allowing you to see through the house. Not good on the first floor. No AC but it was cool enough at night to somewhat rest. Overall I would stay again.

Older privately owned condo unit. Limited AC in the unit. Nice location for pool, beach, and local sports bar walking access. Fairly steep additional fees and limited check-in window.

Decent place, good for the price.
The room is decent and has a pretty view with good location, but there is no AC, only ceiling fans. It is decently outdated and did have a slight mildew smell. It wasn’t terrible and I would stay again for the cheap price, but if you are looking for something for more than 2 people, I wouldn’t recommend as it will get hot very fast in the room.
I read a lot of the reviews prior to staying here and was a bit worried about what we would encounter on our trip. Needless to say, this place is an absolute steal for the price you pay. Clean, safe, close to the beach - what more can you ask for? Some people have claimed that their place was outdated but ours was quite nice. This may be due to the luck of the draw since each unit is owned by someone different and there is a lot of variation in what you’ll end up with. As for us, we couldn’t be happier with our stay.
Unit was spacious and clean. Quite unhappy with the way hotels.com presents the nightly rate, the cleaning fee + resort fee cost more than the advertised room rate (greater than $300 extra). Read the fine print!

the grounds were nice. location was good. pools have no restrooms, so... bbq's conveniently located, but only lit by a battery powered light on the grill. bbqs sit on very small, elevated concrete pads +/- 6" which was a little dangerous. our first room was terribly hot, and even though the property is designated as being smoke free, our neighbor under us who apparently is a resident, was smoking heavily outside on the lanai which easily found its way in our room. they upgraded us to a 2bed 2 bath ground floor, which was nice, but all of the window screens were in need o replacement and allowed mosquitos to enter the room. we both were tore up by mosquitos the whole time. it was horrible. the cabinet door under the kitchen sink was literally falling off. the coffee maker was the cheapest junk ive ever used, couldnt make a pot of coffee without the coffee grounds running into the carafe. there was a fair amount of kitchen utensils, but not a single knife in the drawer that was sharper than a butter knife. all dollar store serrated junk knives. the kitchen did have a nice newer refrigerator, micro, cooktop. the room came with nice beach chairs, masks/ snorkels which was nice. the cable or whatever for the TV's was very difficult to figure out and the remotes didnt seem to work right, we only watch tv at night before bed, so not to inconvenient, buit with everthing else, its just "one more thing". the girl at the front desk was very nice and courteous.

Enjoyed the home like comfort of the suite. Walking to the beach was easy. Nice setting for the grouping of accommodations. The suite got a bit warm in the afternoon but we were usually out by then. Cooled down nicely in the evening though with all the air moving through the unit. The beach chairs and beach umbrella, although missing a spoke, was very nice for the beach. There was some traffic noise in the bedroom so had to keep the jalousie windows closed. It did die down early in the evening though. Ceiling fan was good enough in the bedroom we never used the portable air conditioner. And the roosters start early. Some other very nice song birds though and beautiful flowers. An umbrella on the lanai off the living area would have been nice as the two get warm very early in the day.
Expedia photos are VERY deceiving! Photos showed beautiful updated and remodeled units. We ended up with a unit that hadn't been updated since the 70's. Lumpy dirty carpet in the bedrooms. Mold and mildew in the bathrooms. Ceiling fans with broken chains and dirt buildup on blades. Unpainted Patched holes in the wall above sliding glass door. Old fixtures and furniture. Tub faucet leaks. Rusty beach chairs, no umbrella. We paid a cleaning fee upfront yet I was picking up dead bugs in the bathroom and wiping everything off in the kitchen. Rusty refrigerator. Old fashioned keys that stick instead of keyless entry. We paid TOP dollar for a unit that needs to be completely remodeled. VERY deceptive marketing. We should be refunded something since we reserved an updated unit and paid for one but didn't receive one. Paid 3k for the week. The grounds were beautiful and well kept and all the other units that had doors open were very nice. Location is perfect. They just gave us the bottom of the barrel with the oldest and most run down unit!
Great location
We had a late check in. They left us a key in a drop box. We had trouble getting into the box, but they had a phone beside the box so we were able to call for assistance. The person on the line was able to work it out for us.
I needed a couple of things throughout the stay. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive.
We loved the condo. The location was excellent.
We would definitely go back
No air conditioning, room at time was uncomfortable. Hard time sleeping without ac. Clean, nice showers and large tv. Desiree at the front desk was very helpful and treated us like family.
