「Koloa Landing was wonderful. The grounds offered a tropical paradise setting, and the pool was the best I have ever scene, both in the layout as well as the size. In addition, the back lawn overlooked the ocean to help set the best setting. I highly recommend this place to anyone.」
「We stayed in a Villa with full kitchen and washer/dryer making our stay much more pleasant. The room was comfortable, good A/C, nice balcony, a quiet pool away from the larger resort area, and daily maid service. It is close to all our favorite restaurants and shopping areas.」

The grounds of the property extends to face the water and at sunset, you can walk out and witness the magnificence. You can walk to Poipu beach from there and then your relaxation begins.
It is also within walking/ short drive distance to Poipu restaurants, mall and all that Poipu has to offer!
The decor and facility may be a bit dated but it is very well maintained and cleaned. The folks who work there are friendly and courteous.
