"Very nice! We enjoyed our stay! Great location. Quieter than the main town, but very family friendly. In walking distance to Sedona shuttle which takes you to hiking, but a car is needed to get to most restaurants, shopping, etc. pools and hot tubs enjoyable!"

"Our room was very comfortable. No road noise a very quiet area . Staff very good. The lady who does breakfast area was outstanding !! Cleaned tables as soon as some left. Keep it well stocked etc. just need a business area. Apparently a lot of people work on vacation. "

"The property is okay. The staff is really nice. They provide a $15 certificate to eat at the restaurant next to the hotel. My friend couldn’t sleep on our last night. We felt so uneasy like a ghost presence in the room."

"This was a mother/daughter spring break trip. We had never been to Sedona and took a chance on where to stay from the reviews online. And we were so glad we booked The Enchantment. It was absolutely heavenly. The grounds, the staff, the food, beautiful hiking right out of our casita door…everything was perfect. We will definitely be back! "

"The complimentary breakfast was a yogurt, banana and orange. If you wanted something else off the menu, they would discount the complimentary breakfast price for the meal. The breakfast foods were delicious! The heated pool and hot tub were lovely to relax in. Great space with a propane fire pit. Rooms were clean, spacious, plenty of room for a family of 5. Keurig machine was available, small microwave and refrigerator. They had water glasses and mugs available l, including supplies to clean them yourself. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable including the pull out couch matress. Great location to several trailheads for hiking, a short distance to the shopping area. "

"The place is nice and close to Sedona . The staff are a bit underwhelming and not very welcoming. Checking in and out was not what I would expect for the cost of staying. I would also not call this place a resort . It is a small family hotel in a resort town. "

"Beautiful views but make sure you request a room on the second or third floor. The rooms were a bit noisy between staff rolling their carts back and forth and ppl walking by with crying babies or talking on the phone. Rooms are not very soundproof. For the price, we were a bit disappointed. Live entertainment was wonderful!"
