「The front desk staff was excellent, the gym was surprisingly good, the breakfast had a nice variety, the hallways and elevator and rooms were clean, and the place just had a nice, clean, newer feel to it. I saw quite a few business people in the morning at breakfast. It seems like a place where professionals choose to stay when in the general area. 」

「Had to ask on day 3 for someone to bring clean towels and empty trash. That was the only day the room was serviced. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The staff was very nice. I dont know if they lack in staff but there hospitality part is lacking severely!」

「The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it.
However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids.

「Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts).
Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy.
Would definitely stay again!」

「唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地 點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾……
基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這」

「Breakfast is a lot of carbs(waffles, toast, bagel, cereal), so not a hot breakfast. They have wi-fi, but it is so throttled as to be useless. I had to use my phone hotspot. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was hot.」
