「Front desk attendant Grace was amazing from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to help us and even brought extra sheets, etc to our room herself. She answered all questions and was extremely nice, polite and professional. Our king suite was very roomy and clean. The only thing we would have appreciated is a chair. There is more than enough room. Breakfast was good and kids loved the you make waffles with whipped cream and sprinkles!」

「Excellent experience for my family. I think my only complaint would be that you have to pay for parking even staying at the lodge. Other than that, it was alittle pricey, but expected! Excellent families with young ones! Five stars from me regardless!」

「I would not recommend staying more than one night. The breakfast they serve is a joke. There was orange juice, apple juice, granola bars, apples, and goldfish for breakfast options. The hotel itself had a bad smell and the room smelled like mildew. The water machine in the gym had hot water despite having a cold water dispenser, it did not work. The sauna had no light in it. It was not a comfortable stay when I went to the front desk to inquire about getting my room serviced with new sheets. I...

「It was terribly inconvenient that the hot water went out on Saturday around 2pm and wasn’t fixed by checkout the next day. We had a wedding to attend. No hot water.」

「Check in was good. Exercise room had several broken pieces of equipment. Fire alarm was set off at 545 by staff and no one knew what was going on. No shampoo or body wash in shower.」

「We stayed there for 5 days. Staff never smiles (except the guy who works the counter and the maintenance man). Couldn’t get them to clean the room (room service) the whole time (had to ask before 8am; every time they said they were too busy that day!)…to place the trash outside the room. The place was good, but the staff wasn’t so good about 90% of the time. They made us feel like WE were asking too much of them.」
