「Hotel was nice but the grounds maintenance personnel have little respect for guests. This time we were woken up at 6:00 AM to a groundskeeper outside our 3rd floor window with a chainsaw trimming a palm tree just feet from our balcony. Not the first time we had an issue with the grounds maintenance personnel doing loud work at odd hours near guest rooms.」

However while at the pool the music was extremely loud and selection of songs not quality music!! This hotel is advertised as a quiet oasis for relaxation!! The music didn’t let you relax at all!!」
