「Filled out report out lights didn't work out tv didn't work and majority of the outlets meaning all but one outlet in between the beds worked and they were fully booked and had no solutions other than filling out a paper and having the manager contact us later」

「The property is dated and in need of care. The rooms were passable but still some issues (spiders in the bathroom, dirt on the walls, mold spots in the fridge). Our main problem is that our room smelled very musty and mildewy. When we arrived on our first night the mini-fridge was working. But we found the next evening the fridge was now not working and had leaked water on the floor which likely explains the mildew smell in the room. 「The hotel seemed fine when we got there. However, our bathroom was not clean. It had urine and hair on the toilet bowl and the floors were sticky.」

「The hotel was very well kept up, my only complaint was; there was no coffee in the morning and they did not refill the coffee packets in our room ( I do like to have my coffee.)」

「It was difficult to understand the clerk during check in. I also didn’t understand or appreciate that I had to pay a $100. Deposit at check in when I prepaid for the stay. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. I loved how comfy the pillows were.」

「Property was clean. It appears to be updated. Problem was the pipe in the bathroom knocked very loudly at 6 am when the person in the neighboring room took a shower. Woke us up and continued for 5 minutes. It also knocked when we took showers. I mentioned this to the manager when checking out and she indicated she was aware of the problem but nothing could be done about it. Poor answer.
