"The rooms werent very clean. The bathroom light didnt work and she shower doors wouldnt slide on the track. The hotel itself smelled like cigaretfe smoke"

"Everything was good ,won a few bucks .the bar staff was cool at both bars The older Asian cocktail lady was freaking amazing The lady at the front when you check in the hotel I'm not going to say her name she had no sense of humor and a little bit of an attitude so 😏 "

"Las Vegas is crazy, it is the most confusing city in the entire United States.This hotel was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast menu extensive but quality of individual items, i.e., eggs, sausage, juices, were flavorless. Waffles, blueberry scones and yogurt were great though! Staff were wonderful everywhere and the pool was to-die-for. And ADA accessible! "

"The room we booked was not available, will be much better after the renovation is complete- great staff and they did what they could with what they had to work with "

"The main problem I have is I could not get into my room due to technical problems for half of my trip. I had to always go to the front desk to be let in which was annoying. I also had to have maintenance come to the room multiple times to attempt to fix the door and connect the Wi-Fi to the television. "

"The hotel is nice and has great amenities but the front desk staff can be a little rude. They charged our credit card 166 with no notification and did not show on our room account. When we went to the front desk they said it was a smoking fee. We don’t smoke, vape, light candles etc. the gave us the report that showed the time of the incident at time we were not even in our room. They removed the charge but if we didn’t get alerts from our credit card company we would not have know about this charge."
