"The rooms were, sadly, run down--and we lost water with no warning or explanation. Mentions of "newly renovated rooms" were incredibly deceiving, as rooms were not all renovated--and the ones that weren't were quite run down, with cracking wallpaper and paint, damaged furniture and bathroom in poor condition. Not at all worth the money spent. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Palms. The room was clean and all the staff I had encounters with were friendly. The onsite gym was great! "

"Check in was fast and easy, staff was very nice. That is the only good thing about this place. Reviews online said people canceled their stays after walking into the rooms and were never refunded. Had I been able to afford to go elsewhere I would have! The doors on the outside at least in my section were all damaged. Various dents, most of them weren't even sealed all the way. The ac unit barely worked. Good luck smelling anything besides pot. Extremely loud, you can hear everything even multiple rooms away. The beds were rock hard. You only get one towel, not washcloths or anything. Paint was peeling ( supposed to be a new place) weird white stuff on the desk, the chair had a bunch of holes in it. One lamp had no light bulb in it. Only 3 other lights for the room. Holes in the walls. The lights outside stay bright all night and you do see that in your room. The bathroom was horrible. Toilet seat was broken, the tub and walls had scuff marks everywhere. Sink only had one speed, super hard and fast. The shower had multiple hairs in it and the tub faucet leaked the whole time. On our last day we saw the Terminex van and people looking at the rooms across from ours. "

"I loved everything about this Hotel except one very important thing. The mattress was incredibly hard, and the bedding was very uncomfortable. All the other eminties were amazing. Full kitchen, large TV in the living room and bedroom. No key, just use your phone, and the location was perfect if you want to be off the strip. They need to update the bed situation. So, unless you prefer a very firm mattress, I would skip this place."

"I had a suite and missed not having a fridge or microwave. But everything else was good."
