"Great service, clean rooms, attentive staff, would stay again"

"Hotel is clean, rooms were spacious and pretty nice. Not a lot of dining options here though, and you have to take a cab/uber to get anywhere. We went specifically because if the highly-rated pool and it was only open one day, and on that day half the pools were still empty. This was late March, it was 90+ every day... no good reason for pools to be closed. But if they are closed, the Rio should indicate the unavailability of amenities before charging for room fees and "resort fees.""

"Very nice accommodation. Older style hotel with everything we needed. Great suites with full kitchen, very large bathroom, great beds, deck and added bonus that we weren’t expecting…ensuite washer and dryer. Our only complaint would be that the wifi didn’t work great in the area of the hotel we were in. If you went to the lobby it worked really well. Another big bonus was the shuttle bus they had running every hour that dropped you off at the Excaliber on the strip. From there you could get anywhere on the strip. Great week at the Club de Soleil!!"

"I reserved a room a month prior to my trip. When i arrived, they said their rooms are "first come, first served" and didn't have our room. We had to find another hotel. Another guy in the lobby said the same thing happened to him. I have never had something like this happen before in my life. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO STAY HERE!"
