"At least three of the eateries, aka restaurants within the hotel were closed. Starbucks didn’t have a place to set down a tray of two coffees to add cream. Tony Lukes sandwich shop looked closed even when it was open. Staff there was adept at moving slowly. But the sandwiches were delicious. Chinese restaurant forgot to add the hot sauce. They put brown gravy on both dishes. Nothing special here except the price; $65 for two meals. Cloth tablecloth and water served in cheap plastic cups. To get to the strip, it’s just a short 15 or 20 minute walk over the noisy bridges with heavy traffic. Remember to pray that nobody is drunk enough to hop the curb and run you over. Really nicely updated hotel (clean!) that needs attention to the details of how staff and eateries should perform. Add a free shuttle to get to the strip and back ! "

"Warning this is not a hotel suite, it is an Air BB. Wanted a balcony, can't use it because owner has it locked. Has kitchenette but nothing to cook or eat with. Coffee pot uses special packets that they only supplied 2 per day. Food was still in fridge from last person. Some amenities listed on website was not provided. Staff was good but again limited to what they could do being all units are privately owned. "

"Our stay was good. Not great, but good. The rooms themselves were nice. Great size, excellent bathrooms. Beds were moderately comfortable, but didn’t like the pillows at all. Also, TV had very basic offerings, which is annoying. Food on property was okay, with the breakfast being the best restaurant there in our opinion. The highlight was the Spa. Excellent service, excellent treatment, beautiful space. Many of the employees seemed unqualified, and weren’t rude but definitely lacked competence. For the money, it was a good value, and I would stay there again. However, I won’t be raving about my stay. "
