「We had a pleasant two nights at The Kings Arms Inn, which is situated in a charming medieval village on the outskirts of Yeovil. The Inn is nicely medieval too with plenty of character. The room was very clean but we were disappointed that the room wasn't larger, as we understood it was bigger than the room we had last year, when we brought our dog. 「Staff were great, room was tidy. Only downside was the breakfast. Wife is gluten free and although the breakfast was labelled really well……they cross contaminated the breakfast items at the server. The chef was really helpful and cooked a separate breakfast but the cross contamination should never had happened in the first place. Putting gluten sausages with bacon to keep warm is a no no.」

「UNIQUE!!!!!?? in room 7 to turn the light on over the mirror__rotate the bulb!!! I liked that. Double aspect room. Excellent. Everything was spotless. All fixtures and fittings in the room were top quality and imacculately installed. Excellent breakfast. To nit- pic, the toilet was set too high off the floor. One less robust pillow would have been nice. There seemed to be no lighting to the front of the building, maklng it difficult to locate in the dark. I would definitely stay again.」

「Good quiet location on the edge of Bridgwater looking out onto fields. Busy pub mid-week in April when we were there with people sitting out enjoying the weather. Good dinner and breakfast.」

「This was our 4th visit to the thatch cottage and ppossibly the last. 1. Arrived at 3pm as on booking form door lockked all in darkness no one around. 2. 5 pm a lady turned up unlocked and let us in and booked in and showed us to the room, told us breakfast times but no evening meals on monday or tuesday. Room was ok 3. Went for breakfast next morning in darkness,only one cereal bowl no plates for toast no tea or coffee or milk ,no one around to ask,found plates and bowl in kitchen,butter had...

「Fantastic place to stay! Great room, wonderful host. Breakfast was great, just right to set you up for the day. This was our 2nd stay and hopefully we'll return again next year. Can't fault at all .」

「Lovely pub, very spacious with nice lounge and outside area. Food really nice and rooms were perfect. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Oh and nice beer and good value for money.」

「Parking was limited but luckily got a space, a bit of a faff to sort but explained really well. Room needs some modifying, bathroom ceiling was quite bad, skirting board falling off in bathroom and the flush was hard. 」
