「Very friendly hosts. Everything was clean. They even gave us a short run down / tour on how everything worked upon arrival. 」

「The staff was great and available throughout the stay. The breakfast was good, but could benefit from more hot options. The room was clean and cold, just the way we like it. My family and I enjoyed the stay. I will definetely book a future stay.」

「The staff was nice! Everyone greeted us everytime they saw us. The carpets in the halls were very stained. Our first room smelled (closed up and old), the curtain wouldn’t open and had stains on them, the sink wouldn’t drain. The last issue got me to ask for a new room after being told maintenance would come and didn’t appear they had. Our second room was better however you could see the walls were painted with 2 different colored paints.」

「Mobility accessible room is fine, but the bathroom door is a “barn door” type- it was very hard to open and close. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay」

「It’s ok….not a great location and kinda run down if you compare them to other Lofts…. Bar is great…and pool is ok. I won’t go back…had to ask for towels and coffee 3day stay with 3 rooms multiple times No phone in rooms…have to go down. Friday it was incredibly loud outside with screaming teens…5th floor at 11pm. Lots of food locations in the area」
