「Just had a great stay at this charming & welcoming hotel. 1st time in the area. Called ahead the day before to arrange an early check in as I was attending a funeral at the scheduled check in time. Parking was on site - and check in was easy & quick. Room was spacious, clean and lovely en-suite. Tea/coffee & biscuits provided, plus bottled water & snacks. TV & WiFi easy to access. 「入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角」

「very close to the Bristol airport, very convenient if you arrive late night no reception or staff there to server (but it is very OK, so price is cheaper than others), just arrive and you can get into your room, nice decor new room, suggest to install a shower curtain because the water makes the toilet all wet (beware of the goat, haha)」
