"Clean, comfortable and excellent staff. Transportation to downtown was simple and convenient. The drivers always friendly and had great suggestions. Front desk staff awesome and helpful. Room definitely a little dated. Carpet showing its age. But overall fabulous stay. "

"Some of the things like chairs in waiting area are awful used and could be replaced. Laundry room leaked water all of the floor. Pool outside was so cold could not use and was not cleaned regularly. No popcorn and no water available when arrived. Had to pay $100.00 for parking at the Hilton. We never pay for parking but this location does not own the parking lot. The staff was very very friendly. "
