"I booked the room paid for it but I didn't stay because not just the hotel was in bad condition but the area was not the very best and I didn't feel comfortable or safe. So I stayed at a different hotel that I booked through Expedia the same night "

"Wonderful place, so clean, great location. The only problem was you could hear everything in your room so had a hard time sleeping. Also, when we arrived I was greeted by an employee at the door who watched me struggle with my luggage since I had just had surgery on 1 hand. "
