「The room was so cute. My daughter liked swinging chair. Quiet place. Stuff was so friendly. We really enjoyed stay there.」

「The property was convenient and close to where my daughter lived breakfast. Breakfast was great the first morning the second morning, It was horrible. There was hardly anything to eat hot but waffles no potatoes no bacon just eggs .」

「The room was spacious and clean! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying the breeze. We enjoyed the restaurants and the spectacular buffet! We loved the Infinity pool with no kids! Great food and drinks by the pool! Just wish we could get pool bracelets for every day we were going to be there. Instead of going to front desk every morning to get the latest bracelet. I enjoyed the casino. The tables were kind and the slots were loose! And the wonderful valets and bellmen! We will return!」

「This property has a lot of conveniences across the street from the beach. You can park right by your hotel room. It was very quiet. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was just as good as the Hampton Inn and I know it’s a silly thing, but the shampoo and conditioner was top-notch better than the Ritz Carlton.」

「You get one roll of toilet paper, and if you ask they will let you know it. They don’t turn the room acs on when they know they have someone checking into a room. If the ac is not working properly in a room and they have an available room they will not move you until the next day. They don’t clean everyday, don’t make the meds, don’t restock the coffee everyday, you can’t get ahold of the staff because they are hanging out in a room with other guests. It’s definitely not a kid friendly place....

「The check-in was the only pleasant experience. The A/C was off when we entered the room, took an hour to cool the room. No towels or washcloths. No staff in the morning. We left at 7:45 am without officially checking out.」

「Front desk receptionist was absolutely sweet and adorable!! Loved her attitude ❤️❤️ the bathroom was not cleaned well at all. Luckily I had bleach wipes in my car and cleaned it up. Other than that it was ok.」

「The hotel exceeded my expectations. The check in/check out staff (Ashley and Teresa) was so nice and helpful. The room was cozy and clean. I have zero complaints. I most definitely will stay at the hotel again while visiting the MS Gulf Coast.」
