「Breakfast was horrible. No shampoo or conditioner. The towels smelled like mildew. View was great, room was nice. not worth 800 dollars」

「Room was clean and great for our anniversary! Has great bar on 9th floor and on 2nd at infinity pool. Two great restaurants and great food choices. Enjoyed a ourselves at the casino.」

「The promises they made online were not so when I got there the washing machine for the laundry facilities was not operating. The vending machines did not work the pool was not clean the breakfast that was promised never was served and it took almost 2 hours to get checked in because they kept giving me keys to rooms that other people were already in or that did not open the door.」

「Floor felt dirty. The mattress did not feel comfortable bc it felt like it’s been slept on so many times like it’s 15 years old. No extra blanket in the sheets. Just a thin layer cover. Had an indoor closet with no rod to hang clothes. Saw a roach in bathroom. No breakfast bar. Easy to walk to Woody’s or Waffle House. The view from the hotel beach was glorious.」

「Centipedes in our room, mostly in the bathroom. Called for housekeeping and they sent a nice girl up but didn't speak English for crying out loud! The restaurant got our breakfasts both mornings wrong. So disappointing for the White House, not what it use to be. Will never stay here again!」

「Workers were very pleasant. My refrigerator stopped working the first night, but it did start working again. There was never enough breakfast for the amount of guest, & everyday they ran out of food Well before breakfast was over. The hallways did not smell very clean and the carpets felt weird to walk on almost as if stuff was on the carpets. The beds also were not comfortable. Something looked like it was killed on the bedskirt of my bed. Was a blood spot on the bed closest to the window.」

「Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and was the perfect size for my husband and I and our dog. Had a sleeper sofa and king size bed. Everything worked in our room.」

「Didn't seem to cool room quick enough the room we stayed in the floor was uneven to the point the drywall was cracked the door frame was pulling off and the tile was cracked the floor looks to be falling in reported it to maintenance」

「Room showed age (mildew starting in the shower are, vent caked with dust). After the first day of a 4 day stay we chose to eat breakfast elsewhere. Food not a decent temperatures (cold eggs and gravy and warm seperating yogurt).」
