「Nice clean room. Didnt get to use any amenities so I cant rate them. Wish the breakfast was earlier. We were there for a volleyball tournament and had to be at the convention center at 7 am both days which means we didn’t get to eat the breakfast either day.」

「Clean rooms right across the street from the beach everything we needed was right there on that strip 2 to 3 mins top the staff was amazing the breakfast was good and hot each morning we came back to clean rooms only thing I hated was that there was barley any parking space at the hotel 」

「Great location, right across from the beach. Pet friendly. Rooms are dated and have some cosmetic issues but pool is in good condition. The lack of a coffee maker in the room was a disappointment. Also, there are no elevators so be sure to ask for a first floor room if you have mobility issues. Super friendly staff at the front desk and two adjacent restaurants give a dine in discount if you show your room key card. 」

「Beautiful old, renovated hotel. Some staff very attentive to requests and needs…. Others ignored requests all together . Example : the safe in the room was locked on arrival. I texted to see if it could be opened - the return message was, thanks for letting us know. I went in person twice, even spoke to I believe an evening manager… he said maintenance had left at 4 and would on it at 8 am. Three days later, still no help . Sad 😔 」

「I reported a problem to the night shift desk agent. He acted as though I was wrong for reporting it. He was unfriendly afterwards. My room didn't get cleaned after the first nights stay?!」

「I was up all night with barking dog had a very important meeting in the early morning . I didn’t get any sleep. I was on the 6 th floor and all I could hear where dogs yelping barking all throughout the night . I will never consider sleeping here because the staff could not care less . I also tried to get food at 9:30 pm and two ppl were standing behind bar with one customer at the bar . I was refuse service because she said they were too busy to serve me . 「The business facilities were very accurate. The suite could have been a lot better. The room was accurate just not enough amenities. It was a lot of unused space in the king suite. The bed could have been bigger and the television. 」

「please please please do not stay here at all. this place smells very bad. i couldn’t even sleep and had to get another property. it should be removed from expedia. it is not safe for you or your family. do yourself a favor and find another property. 」

「Room was dirty and had an odor in it of must Enes air-conditioning was working but the grate we’re gone to direct the air. There were no towels in the room, the bathroom bathtub was filthy and very slippery from possibly the shampoos and conditioners dripping onto the tub. I would not recommend anybody staying there and I’m very surprised that this hotel is on your list.」
