The staff was friendly and polite, but the room(504/Suite) I was given reeked of mold. There was visible mold on the carpet, walls, and other surfaces. If this hotel wants to charge certain prices, then bare minimum health and safety should be expected. I spent the remainder of my week nursing a chest infection most likely due to mold exposure. I can’t speak for other rooms, but 504 is not one that should be made available to ANYONE until these things are addressed and fixed.

When you walk in the couch is old and needs to be thrown out. The bathroom had hair all in the tub and on the floor. The carpet in the bedroom has never been cleaned. I went to the Dollar Tree and got cleaning supplies and cleaned the room. We slept on top of the comforter and under our own comforter that I purchased. The best part about the room was they did allow me in the room before 4 and the balcony,which is the only reason I booked the room because it has a nice view of the ocean.

The room was very nice Mrs.Nancy was extremely nice and friendly will be back in a month. Will recommend to my family and friends.

Close to beach and right next door to Treasure Bay my wife rode her scooter over we stayed late very safe walk back!

The pictures of this place look NOTHING like what you see when you get there. The bed skirt, carpet and bedding were dirty and kept coming off to reveal an even dirtier mattress cover. The shower had a plastic baggy over the shower head that caused water to go everywhere. The noise of the other guests and barking dogs were too much and we actually left in the middle of the night and went to one of the casino hotels. Came back the next day to retrieve my deposit and inform the front desk of the dirty room and simply received an apology. I will not stay here again

Everything was mostly great, had a few issues like the jets in our In suite jacuzzi didn’t work and the toilet ran all night. The jacuzzi thing was a little upsetting bc it’s the reason we book here and have in the past. Would have been nice to have known that upfront bc I definitely would have booked elsewhere. $258 dollars wasted imo!

The office staff was very nice. The room looked clean but walking on the carpet felt dirty. Most of the lights did not work properly. The bathroom floor had broken loose tiles that didn't feel safe and a lean in the floor threw my balance off every time I went in there. The A/C was not cold. The mini fridge was not cold. Didn't trust that my food was still good so I didn't use the microwave. If you like extra firm beds then you'll like these. I didn't. It was close and convenient to the coliseum and cheaper than most places around the area so i guess you get what you pay for. It served its purpose. The small pool looked good and clean.

It was ok a bit dated and a high price for the quality of the place. It was directly across the street from a nice small beach which was nice. Also, i had to pay $15 extra at the check in because I inadvertantly booked a smoking room. I thought that was not very hospitable.

Quaint and cozy. Staying in a 2nd floor suite and love it!! A nice pool. Front desk lady is very friendly. Directly across the street from the Gulf!! And lots of palm 🌴 trees to look at. Waffle House is walking distance 😋

Pleasantly surprised how clean the room was. It also had a fresh clean smell. You could tell it was an older facility, no elevators, but I felt like the room had been recently updated with fresh paint, nice flooring and bedding. Definitely worth what we paid.
