Front desk is very rude. I will not go back there when I return to Destin. I also stopped housekeeping in hall tipped them bc was suppose to freshen up room. Nope nothing done and kept the money. Oh well checked out early and still enjoyed vacation.

It is what it is. It’s filthy. It’s rundown. Outside is gross. Inside is gross. It’s right next to the all you can eat crab legs casino. So people still stay. I’ve been there five times but it’s too much now. Last time. Has went way downhill. Just not good at all. But it is what it is. Five stars anyway.

Great location, right across from the beach. Pet friendly. Rooms are dated and have some cosmetic issues but pool is in good condition. The lack of a coffee maker in the room was a disappointment. Also, there are no elevators so be sure to ask for a first floor room if you have mobility issues. Super friendly staff at the front desk and two adjacent restaurants give a dine in discount if you show your room key card.

The feont desk personnel were friendly and professional. The room was on spotless. The amenyies were appreciated. Cross the street with a boardwalk, which allowed myself in my service dog.A nice view of the bay and surrounding area.

We could not stay because the room was deplorable. We even had someone's dirty underwear left on the bed!!! Bugs, droppings of something, rat probably. Chairs had holes and the entire surrounding area of the inn was cluttered with trash. I want a refund. The clerk said he totally agreed and but we had to our money refunded by expedia.

This is our 2nd stay and the rooms are great.The front desk Staff are still very nice and accommodating. We felt very safe with our surroundings and everything was within driving&walking distance. I recommend let Edgewater Inn be your place to stay at in Mississippi you'll love it.
