「Not worth the stay or money. I got there at 7, and they said the pool was closed, okay. On the page, it says breakfast is 930a to 1130a. I got down there at 945 and the lady at the front desk said breakfast ended at 930. Well, great that y'all lied and advertised wrong on the booking page. The room smelt disgustingly like body odor, and the bathtub was peeling paint. My card was also deactivated that morning BEFORE check out so I couldn't even get back into my room to continue packing my...

「Great location for our dog...our room was close to the side door for easy access to a large grassy area. Our pet-friendly room was clean and fresh smelling.」

「Overall this Motel (not Hotel) is Dated & Dingy. Interesting that this is a Wyndham brand, not at the top of their businesses. Air conditioning unit was loud. Sheets/bedding/bath towels were clean. Wallpaper in the room & bathroom was peeling/separating from the wall. Office is not regularly staffed, a phone with instructions is present. Breakfast is barely continental. We did not visit the restaurant downstairs/below main building.」

「We’ve stayed once before , nothing fancy but was ok for what we needed so we booked agsin , this time room smaller , tv was ripped off wall and on a small table , no dresser fir clothes and room smelled musty , ask if we could have another room and explained why very nicely, was told would be 10 minutes , ok that’s fine , then she got mad and said , I’ll give money back We sat in car looking for somewhere else , pretty much booked up but found a room at Hilton , 1 left 」

「The pool was not open. Front desk was not friendly when checking in. When we entered the room the mini fridge had leftover food inside, sheets clean and so was the tub/sink/toilet but everything else had layers of dust. Owners don’t seem to take pride in keeping a well maintained property, overflowing outside trash cans, large handprints on room mirror, dressers drawer missing bottom and other had holes in it. Put sign on door for housekeeping and left room for 9 hours to visit park and no one...

「The staff was so nice but the rooms are VERY run down. We practically had to pull the shower off the wall to turn it on. The rooms smell like the cigarette trash cans (located right outside our room) and you can hear everything outside your room. For 200 plus dollars a night, it was very disappointing. It was our first time up to Hershey, so if we go back we will look at other properties.」
