While this isn't a 5 star hotel, its clean, simple, and quiet. The owner is so friendly and welcoming. If I'm ever in the area again, I would stay here.

I was a guest at a nearby wedding and the Mushroom Cap was a venue listed by the bride as a nearby option to book for the night/weekend. The photos online made it look so quaint and adorable and seeing it in person did not disappoint! The grounds were well maintained and the rooms were very clean and kept. The cabins on site are due to be reopened after a full remodel and I look forward to booking there again for a longer stay to utilize the nearby summer attractions.
