「A very friendly welcome and staff were always ready to help my partially disabled wife. The meals were excellent and well planned. The hotel was very welcoming and felt homely with such Georgian/ Victorian style .」

「對外交通工具不便，房間蚊蟲很多」

「We had emailed the hotel three times before our arrival to book a table in the restaurant and received no reply. Upon arriving at the hotel we were told that the restaurant was fully booked and that we could eat in the bar until 9pm. Unfortunately this message was given to many other patrons and the bar was overflowing with people trying to find seats and order food. 「The room opens directly onto the carpark, which was great as it made it easy to unload/load the car, also we could keep the door open so cool down the room (it was hot when we stayed). The staff were friendly and helpfully. Each nigh we were asked to prebook our breakfast, stating what time we wanted it, the following morning the breakfast was waiting for us perfectly cooked.」

「Nice hotel with a great location on Brayford. The staff are helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, good breakfast. Only downside is that if you get a connecting room you can hear everything in the next door room!」

「it is really nice hotel, staff are nice, food also good.」

「房間非常整潔, 裝設很漂亮, 很有特色. 屋主很有善, 早餐豐富, 很好的體驗, 很推薦」

「The room was clean as was the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good」

「Friendly helpful staff. Great location. Food good. Plenty of parking. Comfortable room.」

「Lovely hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast!」

「Excellent room with air conditioning which was a boon. Facilities were also excellent. Breakfast was good and parking on the premises. Would stay there again.」
