Our stay was generally good, but spoiled a little by the couple next door who left their dog alone in their room for evening meal time and again at breakfast where it yapped incessantly despite having been told not to leave it alone in their room.
There were also some works going on which involved very loud drilling at 8.30am, a warning about this would have been helpful, but when I commented at checkout about this we were immediately offered a refund, which was welcome but not necessary.
One thing that caused a problem was that there is a lack of signage to reception, so once you have made your way to your room and want to go back to reception, there is a myriad of doors for you to explore to find the correct one!
The hotel is very warm and comfortable and staff were friendly.
