Clean, comfortable, and spacious. Very nice bathroom with claw foot bath and separate walk in shower. Nice pub/restaurant downstairs with a good breakfast included. Excellent location. A bit noisy in the evening, from the beer garden, but only until 10:30pm. And parking!

The property has an upscale pub with good food. The room was very clean and well appointed. The room in which we stayed was over the bar, so it was a bit noisy, but we slept well. Nice place.

Lovely big room and ensuite. Quirky, style with recycled furniture, all used to great effect to create a luxurious yet very comfortable feel to the room. Great location - easy walking distance to all main attractions and shopping. Lovely food, excellent breakfast and good choice of quality evening meals. Fabulously helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble. Onsite car parking a definite plus point too. We visit Lincoln annually and will definitely stay at the Duke William again.

Lovely hotel.

Lovely hotel, old, cosy and quaint. Staff very friendly and pleasant. Parking at the back was a bonus ( note, a little sign would help, missed it the first time and had to go around again). Great breakfast to start the day.
