The property itself is not bad, with a nice location. The staff at the front desk and swimming pool area were satisfactory. However, the cleaning staff did a poor job, leaving behind cobwebs and dust in the room. The room temperature was not regulated well, with some guests feeling too cold due to the inactive heating system. The bathroom was particularly dirty. I recommend improving the cleanliness and grammar in your writing.

Staff really friendly and helpful the carvery food was excellent and good value for money, breakfast buffet was fresh and well done. Despite being a wedding on the night we were there the place was really quiet and subdued. Lots of free parking.

Super friendly and helpful staff throughout the building and attached restaurant. Slightly older decoration but clean and comfortable. Perfect location, just off main road. Large twin room was great for relaxing in.

Always excellent!

Always excellent! After a five hour drive we are always met with a friendly smile from the receptionist, quite often Caitlin, which automatically makes us feel welcome and lifts us from that journey. Everything is clean and comfortable and the dining experience is excellent too. All staff are friendly and cheerful making it an even more enjoyable experience. Thank you everyone we will back soon

Excellent staff

Staff are exceptional. They really pay attention to everyone and look after them well. Same staff too which shows they enjoy their job. Makes a difference to your stay when there is always a friendly smile to greet you

Massive carpark, quick check-in, all info given . A lift to the 1st floor The room i had was very spacious. Bed was comfortable WiFi excellent Shower was hot and powerful Restaurant joined to the hotel Good food ,excellent value Breakfast not included but could add on if wanted Situated on the outskirts of Lincoln Some nice walks close by. Would definitely stay again when in the area 👍

This was a convenient location for us to meet friends from other directions. Drinks Food and Staff were all good - the general site all seems a little tired and could do with a facelift.

My room was amazing, staff great,bed room lock was broken, had to use a safty chain,not good for female traveling alone.food was the only thing that let it down,but it wont stop me going bk.

Not bad.

Pros: Lots of parking. Lovely front desk service. Big rooms and big beds. Lovely big TV in the room with lots of channels. Lovely heating. Free tea and coffee in the room. Cons: Paper thin walls. No thermostat in the room. Bathroom taps needed changing as they had a mind of their own. Plug sockets butted up against the table so you can't use them properly.

Very welcoming

We were welcomed by Caitlin. Such a lovely lady who was genuinely interested in making sure everything was perfect. So we felt at ease straight away. Lovely large, clean room with a huge bed. Lots of attention to detail. Nice clean bathroom. All staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Food choices very good too.

Bit tired

Staed one night. Greeted at reception by a lovely lady. Very informative and friendly. Room 14 was a bit dated and tired. Bed not that comfortable but huge ! Pillows ok but one too little and 2 too much. Did not sleep well. Could hear every noise from people next door. Paintwork throughout hotel could do with a refresh. Carpets very worn in places. Service and food in restaurant was very good even though they were busy.

The free Wi-Fi was easy to use and the fact that I had forgotten my credit card and money was no problem (although it might have been had I not travelled with my brothers, sisters-in-law and niece so that I was able to get breakfast and dinner bought for me). Staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable. The only downside was that a car seemed to be essential and I'm epileptic so I can't drive.

We stayed for the just the one nice and the room was nice and spacious and the bed was nice and big. We were emailed the night before to make us aware there was event taking place in the function room and would finish at 10pm. Wasn’t an issue for us but was good they made us aware because you could hear the music from the room
