「Clean room.. very basic, but met our needs. Comfy beds」

「Loved the location and staff and views My issue was getting a room that has stairs that interfere with axcessing the elevator So we had to change rooms I choose a hotel with a pool because I swim But this pool was not the correct size for the size of the hotel and was overflowing with people using it I will try the Holiday inn next store the next time I go」

「We loved the view. The room was clean. We enjoyed the hot tub, but the pool was cold. It was nice having the complimentary breakfast and shuttle service. I was very pleased with our stay here」

「This is our third visit but will be the last. So many things needed to be addressed. The lighting in the bathroom was so dim that it was difficult to put on makeup. The bathroom window had no blind or curtain to block the light. We received 2 towels (for 2 people). The dispensers for body wash could not be reached from the tub. There was a desk chair but no other seating in the room. It was clean so there was that plus.」

「The property was in poor maintenance condition inside and out. Out room doorwall was very difficult to open and the screens were bent and off the tracks. Hallway carpeting was frayed and lifted at the edges in some spot. On our building entrance door the card key reader was handing off and down and it was unusable. We told the desk clerk of these problems when checking out and his feeble response was, “oh, we’ll check into it.” Do yourself a favor and pick another property unless you are really...
