「Fitness center was a joke with only a recumbent bike and elliptical, with nothing to clean any of the machines. Beds were uncomfortable, coffee shop didn’t open until 7am, one of the restaurants was closed the entire time we were there, but it was a place to sleep.」

「The room was comfortable but you could hear people moving around in the room above us. Fortunately, we were on the first floor. I don't believe they had an elevator. The breakfast was marginal at best. I did enjoy the coffee. Despite my thoughts, we'd return when the need occurs.」

He didn't tells where to find the elevators, or provide any information about the property. Our room was clean enough. However they tried to give my brother a room that hadn't been cleaned since the last occupant. In the morning, their breakfast wasn't adequately stocked. We came downstairs...
