「Not being properly maintained. An elevator button in the lobby was not working, with a paper sign on it. Water was constantly dripping from something in the exterior ceiling onto the concrete where you exit the lobby to the rear parking lot. 「The location is a perfect for Restaurants,Shopping and easy access to downtown Waterloo.Waterpark is a 10 minute drive. This is our second year in a row at this property and will stay next year. Only complaint is both years the parking is under construction. Staff is incredibly Friendly and Love being there wich was refreshing to see.Rooms are clean ,Daily cleaning with new towels.Beds are very comfortable. 「It was a really nice place to stay, and I would definitely stay there again. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars across the board was that there were some stains in the cement of the pool. They didn't stop me from swimming, though.」

「This was an amazing place to stay! Clean and immaculate rooms. The beds were comfortable and clean. They had DIRECTV for service for watching TV. Their breakfast service was decent and delicious.
