「Property was very outdated. Breakfast: pancake machine was broken. Decaf coffee has grounds in it. Eggs were not real, rubbery. Only kids cereal and sugary oatmeal, we had to go out for breakfasts. Exercise room has no treadmills, broken equipment and virtually no dumbbells. Couch in room has stains on it. No coffee in lobby most of the time. Parking lot was loaded with weeds and mowed lawn.」

Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience. We look forward to staying here again!」

「Was in a great location.」

「This place was nothing like what it described on Expedia. It didn’t have a in room hot tub, no casino shuttle. There were raccoons in the garbage cans right outside our room. The lady at the front desk couldn’t even talk with a sick voice. Not acceptable! And then just to get a 12. Refund!!!! Very angry!」

「David and his hospitality was outstanding. He is a really nice and humble person, we traveled with a big group of people and he was so welcoming. Thank you David and team.」

「Room was great, staff friendly and helpful. This is where I stay every time I go to Dubuque.」

「Very pleasant hotel, nicely furnished. Few good restaurants around. The room was very spacious , but that」

「Super convenient location, lots of space in our room, decent breakfast. Property itself could use a facelift (cue cracking ceiling, musty carpet, cracked tiles, low toilets/counters, decor, etc). Our sheets had stains on them - yuck, and pillows could use improvement, but, they did give us a larger room than we had reserved which is nice for a change. You will need to pack your soaps and shampoos as this place gives you the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM and you will most definitely lose the soap after one...
