「I had a very disappointing stay at Grand Harbor Resort. I was moved to three different rooms within the first 12 hours of my stay due to the heat not working in my first room. I was told I would not be charged for my first night, but at checkout, the hotel refused to make it right and I was charged the full amount. 「Our room was very not clean. Chips by the bed frame’and the glass on the art work was very dirty and pretty gross. The artwork in the hall was also in very badly need of being cleaned. The edges of our room were dusty and desperately needed some extra attention. The shower was very nice. It did have a little corner shelf that was rusty and falling down. 「The breakfast was fantastic! The pool area shows its years, but it’s a fun swim out pool. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the pool. They have adult only 10-11, but when we went down there was a sign that the pool was closed. We went the next morning and used the hot tub, which was nice. They were doing work outside, so debris was coming in the pool. There were signs that new carpet was being installed in April…it needs it. We would stay here again. 」

「Our stay was terrible. The room had tile flooring which was cold and made the room echo. The trim around the bottom of the bathroom wall was coming off. The shower drain was so clogged that you were standing in water about an inch or two above your ankle. We did,however, keep getting told by the person that checked us in that we had a private patio. It was winter time and it faced the parking lot. We will never stay there again. 」
