「I stayed at the SpringHill Suites Orange Beach from April 2–5 and was very disappointed. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly, which I appreciated. However, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Our first room had stained sheets and duvets, a dirty shower curtain, unswept floors, and residue on the wall near the towel area. Basic items like soap were missing. I attempted to cancel through Expedia, but the hotel declined and instead offered a room change. The next day, I was moved, but the...

「The AC filter was very dirty. We cleaned it thd 1st day. The AC conditioner dounded like the Blue Angels taking off! The shower was never cleaned after the last guest, because we showered and someone elses hair ended up in the drain. The shower floor had an area with black mold. The bottom of the shower curtin was mildewed. The floor needed a good scrub, not just a wet mop. 」

「it's a great place to stay- one of my complaints is the elevators are very slow. Also this time, we noticed that the coffee machines have been taken out of the rooms. So if you want coffee, you have to go to lobby and pay for it. 」

「The room i stayed in looked recently renovated. The place was clean, excellent staff and extremely comfortable beds. The breakfast was lacking but i was told of a local diner called the coffee cup which was great! 」
