「Hotels.com completely dropped the ball on this one. The hotel is not operating. 3 weeks before I checked in, I started to get emails saying the hotel was closed, but they had the wrong itinerary number, and my booking was still active so I called Hotels.com. They told me the emails and calls were scams and to ignore them! So I show up at the hotel, and lo and behold the place is shut down. 3 hours on the phone with hotels.com, can't find a room and they barely covered my costs for their...

「We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately I left my phone charger in the room and my little girl left her favorite blanket. I’ve tried to call the hotel to see if I can have them send these items to me. I can’t seem to talk with a person. That’s frustrating 」

「Tv didnt work the entire stay. The staff was nice , breakfast was good. The swim area and bay area was nice and fun. Paddle boarding was a plus. The hotel gives a more of a beach type fill to the area. Its an older hotel and could use some up grades in the rooms.. 」
