「The check IN took a little longer than expected, had to ring a door bell at the front desk, a sign stated that they stepped away to assist another department. Took about 10 minutes before they reappeared. Once they got started the check-in process went well. on the way to the elevator, a family just got out of the pool, the hallway and elevator was full of water. No wet floor signs to be found. The room was clean. The bed was excellent. Good shower as well. The breakfast was hot but limited....

「Rooms in mint conditions, very nice staff. Super good continental buffet breakfast and plenty of parking by yourself. We stay in family for 6 nights. 40 mins from Destin Beach in car.」

「Worst stay of my life. A family with a two year old was next door. That baby cried and stomped all damn night. The housekeeper never came to clean my room so I went to them and got fresh towels but they didn't have enough. Last but not least it was a bear on the side of the hotel 😂」

「This hotel is a ok to use for a day or two. Out of two rooms one had a bad remote for tv the room had a little musky smell and the bed was broken and ac was rattling but put out cold air. But overall the hotel is not bad staff was great to us very close to stores」

「Room was very clean, a bit old and dated, the outside property was much more run down. The Air conditioning unit was very loud, bed were average. Breakfast wasn't much but average. For the money this stay was what I expected.」

「We stayed there for Fourth of July weekend, staff was friendly and very helpful, hotel and room were super clean, the pool are was also neat, we enjoyed our stay it was very relaxing.」

「We had a great stay overall. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The breakfast had a great variety of options and was well stocked. We also used the laundry room, which was clean and convenient. It has two washers and two dryers, and it worked well for our needs. The only downside was the room key cards. It often took several tries to unlock both the guest room door and the laundry room door. We noticed other guests experiencing the same issue....

「DIRTY PARKING, TRASH ALL OVER THE PROPERTY, HOMELESS ALL OVER THE PROPERTY, RECEPTIONIST VERY RUDE, DIRTY ROOM WITH ROACHES. NOT SAFE PLACE AT ALL. AFTER WE PAID, WE WENT BACK AND ASK FOR OUR MONEY BACK.」
