Entering the room, it was immediately clear that cleanliness and maintenance were lacking. Mold and mildew were present throughout the bathroom—on the ceiling, walls, and shower area—making it feel unsafe and unhealthy. The carpet in the room was very old and appeared to contain mold, contributing to an uncomfortable and concerning environment. Both the shower and sink drains were extremely slow, further adding to the poor experience.
While the front desk agents were friendly and welcoming, the condition of the room and hotel facilities overshadowed their hospitality. The blow dryer in the room was outdated and appeared unstable, making it feel unsafe to use. Additionally, the fixtures throughout the room were beyond their usable lifespan and should not be in operation, especially by U.S. standards. The breakfast area was spacious but not well-maintained or cleaned, which detracted from the overall experience.
Overall, the stay felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The conditions in the room made it difficult to sleep or feel at ease. I would not recommend this property without major renovations and a thorough deep cleaning.
