Staff was communicative as we needed, cooling our luxury platform tent ahead of our arrival and giving specific directions for our contactless check in. A binder with thorough information was inside the tent, explaining the site features, the facility, and the amenities of the area as well as how to obtain various items (tooth brushes, personal items, etc). 「We absolutely love this hotel. We have stayed here several times. The pool is fantastic!! The staff are extremely friendly, especially Michelle. I highly recommend this place. Very convenient to restaurants, attractions, and the turnpike. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We didn't have breakfast but the spread they had out looked yummy. The coffee was very good and fresh. 」
